Needed a replacement tire since mine blew out on Sunday. They were available for a drop by early Monday. Changed my tire and schedule future appointment to replace remaining tires due to low tread. Everyone seems to be quite efficient at what they do. Always pleasant and accommodating. From the person I spoke with to schedule a service appointment to the service agents, the technicians and the team that keeps the vehicles moving in and out of service. The waiting areas and restroom were clean and comfortable. Although I've gone to other Toyota service centers, the one on Lapalco is my favorite. Thanks Bohn Toyota!
