Bohn Serviced my truck today for repairs performed about three months ago. Ms. Nina my service advisor was as courtesy as the first day I met her. The technician was able to diagnose and repair my truck. The waiting area is spaces, amenities ( water, coffee) are available. A great place to go.

Due to the storm, I was unfortunately in a situation where I had to purchase a vehicle. And, I was honestly very reluctant to do so. But my salesperson, Martinez, made this experience less stressful for me. He wasn't pushy and worked with me on all my special requests. I am extremely picky and "want what I want" and Martinez understood the assignment. As we were walking (all over) the lot, he would look at a vehicle and say no...this is not what you want before I even looked at it. He even said he would check other locations for me and have something sent in. After a couple days had passed, I called Martinez and returned to the dealership. He did not hassle me; He did not blow my phone up with messages; He was patient and allowed me time to make my own decision. While there, I also met Peter in Finance who also was not pushy when offering warranties and may I say he made the paperwork process smoother than I've ever experienced, Tony (sales mgr), and Ms Pattie who hooked me up with free car washes. They are a true team and it felt like a family atmosphere there. Oh, and I must add even after purchase, Martinez is still answering my calls and text messages. He has not dropped the ball :)

Recently bought a used Toyota and established a relationship with our local dealership for service. The cost is the same when signing up for rebates and service coupons. The value is the quality of the service techs and managers. They have the vehicle history and keep you updated on when preventative maintenance is needed. Plus the efficiency to schedule and options to drop off or get a ride. We have been very happy with Bohn Toyota's service and all the people we've met that work there.
